DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect goods from us, please email us within 3 days of your delivery. We will need photo evidence showing that the products have been delivered damaged. From here, we will do everything that we can to correct the mistake.
Refunds are not possible where products have been used or damaged in the customer's possession.
CANCELLATIONS
The customer can cancel an order, without charge before the goods have been dispatched. Cancellations must be in writing by post or by email to office@woodcall.com and must quote the order number.
REFUNDS
If you wish to return goods for a refund, this has to be brought to our attention within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return your order, we will reimburse to you the payment received for your order within 30 days. It is the customer's responsibility to return the order of the goods, Woodcall Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred by you making the return.
Goods that have suffered a material reduction in value due to your handling will not be refunded the full value. We will reduce this cost to the appropriate value.
Returning goods must not have been used in any way, be unmarked and free from blemishes and must be returned in a saleable condition.
